you can't directly enable Tethering,connect and browse. Have you tried

So Lets start ...
If you have support for USB Tethering, no need to download App.
Step #1 :
Connect your Android phone to PC via USB.
Step #2:
Enable USB Tethering on Phone
Step #3:
Open Terminal in your PC.
Step #4:
Type the following command exactly as shown below

If your Android phone or Tablet don't have support to Tether via USB, you should download and Install following application on your Phone.If you have support for USB Tethering, no need to download App.
Step #1 :
Connect your Android phone to PC via USB.
Step #2:
Enable USB Tethering on Phone
Step #3:
Open Terminal in your PC.
Step #4:
Type the following command exactly as shown below
dhclient usb0Now wait a while.. Some processes will take place and you will be connected.
